A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the final purchase price. Payment is due at pick up before taking possession of the items. 

Cash, check, and debit/credit are acceptable methods of payment. 

In all transactions, the Auctioneers are acting as agents for the Seller ONLY. Property will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees, expressed or implied by Horton auction & Real Estate, Inc.

All decisions of the Auctioneers are final. 

Pickup day is Wednesday, March 30th, from 10am until 3pm. Address will be disclosed at end of auction. 

If you are unable to pick-up your items on the days specified above, arrangements will need to be made with the staff of Horton Auction & Real Estate as soon as possible.  

THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND: When a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding FOR ALL LOTS will be automatically extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:04. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame. 

CRATES AND TOTES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THESE LOTS!!
