In all transactions, the Auctioneers are acting as agents for the Seller only. Property will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees, expressed or implied by Horton auction & Real Estate, Inc.

All decisions of the Auctioneers are final. 

Pickup days are Thursday and Friday, February 25th and 26th, from 10am until 3pm at the office of Horton Auction & Real Estate. 

If you are unable to pick-up your items on the days specified above, arrangements will need to be made with the staff of Horton Auction & Real Estate as soon as possible.

Bidders are responsible for THEIR OWN shipping costs.  If you need your items shipped to you, Horton Auction & Real Estate charges a $10 handling fee (per bidder). Once you have paid Horton Auction & Real Estate for your item(s) and handling fee, we will transport your item(s) to Tennessee Valley Packaging and Container at 201 Triana Blvd, Huntsville AL 35805. THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND: When a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding FOR ALL LOTS will be automatically extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:04. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame.
